Colorado Architect for Custom Homes & Residential Additions

Every home starts with a different site, budget, lifestyle, and set of priorities. Blackstone Architecture works with homeowners, builders, and developers on custom homes, new residential construction, additions, and major renovations throughout the Denver area and Colorado mountain communities.

Our work isn’t tied to a single architectural style. We’ve designed contemporary and mountain homes as well as modern farmhouse, prairie, transitional, mid-century, craftsman, and traditional residences. Rather than applying the same look to every project, we begin with the site and the people who will live there, then develop an architecture that makes sense for both.

Whether we’re designing a new home or reworking an existing one, we consider the practical decisions alongside the architecture—zoning and site constraints, views and natural light, floor-plan relationships, materials, constructability, and how the home will actually be used. The goal is straightforward: a well-designed home that belongs on its site and works for the people who live there.
