Blackstone Architecture works with developers, builders, and property owners on multifamily projects throughout Colorado, including apartments, townhomes, duplexes, and other attached housing. Our experience ranges from urban infill sites in the Denver area to larger residential developments and projects in Colorado’s mountain communities.

Multifamily design requires a careful balance between the individual unit and the project as a whole. We consider density, unit mix, circulation, parking, privacy, outdoor space, building form, zoning, and construction efficiency from the beginning. For projects with repeated units, we also look for ways to create architectural variety without unnecessarily complicating the underlying building system.

We approach these projects with both design and development objectives in mind. The goal is to make good use of the site, create homes people want to live in, and develop a clear, buildable design that makes sense for the client and the project.
