However, after encountering unexpected foundation issues, we made the tough choice to rebuild.  Paul worked with us to streamline ideas from the pop top to the new build and ensure that materials we had already procured could be reused. We have recently finished building a custom house designed by Blackstone Architecture, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience working with Paul Minor. His expertise, professionalism, and excellent service made the entire process enjoyable. From the beginning of the project, Paul was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He brought a wealth of knowledge and a clear vision for space planning while also respecting our opinions. He listened to our ideas and successfully implemented all our requirements. As a result, we now enjoy living in a beautiful house with an efficient design that meets all our challenging needs. This is our second project with Paul. He designed our first house about 15 years ago, and we were very impressed and satisfied with his work at that time. So when we needed a designer for our new house, we had no doubts about whom to call—Paul! Our house is located in the coastal area of California, where we had to comply with several challenging requirements from the County and Coastal Commission. Paul successfully navigated all of these without sacrificing the overall features, area efficiency, or the aesthetics of both the interior and exterior design.
